2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., coated panels, test samples) may require 7–10 business days for preparation before dispatch.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable courier and logistics companies such as:

  • Blue Dart, DTDC, Trackon, Delhivery, India Post & Others (for standard deliveries)
  • Transport partners for bulk/industrial shipments

You will receive:

7. Delays and Exceptions

8. Delivery Attempts and Re-Delivery
