At Coatxpert.com, we value your trust and satisfaction. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure top quality.
However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You received a product that differs significantly from the description.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g., coated panels, paint test panels).
  • Consumables such as sandpaper, masking tape, filters, etc., once opened.
  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or tampering.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or external causes.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at cxsupport@coatxpert.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos/videos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review the case within 2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or request you to ship the item back using a trusted courier.
  5. After inspection, we will initiate replacement or refund as per eligibility.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the item is in stock, we’ll send a replacement within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • If replacement isn’t possible, you’ll be offered a full or partial refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.
  • Contact cxsupport@coatxpert.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    We’ll prioritize your replacement or refund request.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • In case of prepayment, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
